Tabitha Ann Goins, a 39-year-old Indigenous woman, was last seen on November 24, 2019, in the Hope Mills area of Cumberland County, North Carolina.
She reportedly fled into the woods around 12:30 a.m. during a law enforcement raid near NC Highway 87 South and has not been seen since. Tabitha is described as 5'3" tall, weighing approximately 110 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
